  • Mind & Body influence each other considerably hence it is important that you keep both in good & healthy state.

 

  • One can buy cosmetics but not beauty,One can buy sleeping pills but not sound sleep.One can buy Books but not Knowledge.Money is something but not Everything.

 

  • Cleanliness is next to Godliness & Hygiene is a Must for True Beauty.

 

  • Drink atleast 7 to 8 glasses of water everyday to flush toxins out of body. It is more important that you are able to urinate & sweat out sufficient water in proportion to your intake capacity.

 

  • Seasonal fruits are important source of vitamins,eat them regularly unless you are allergic to any of them.Avoid having mixed fruits salads with milk or yoghurt.

 

  • If you donot find time to exercise now,you may be forced to give time for bed rest later.

 

  • Well Balanced diet is a must to avoid Mal-Nutrition.Even obese people are mal-nourished due to lack of vitamins & minerals in adequate quantity.

 

  • Avoid Smoking & DONOT intake tobacco or any other intoxicating items as these surely harm your mental & physical health.
