pills but not sound sleep.One can buy Books but not Knowledge.Money is something but not Everything.

- Drink atleast 7 to 8 glasses of water everyday to flush
toxins out of body. It is more important that you are able to urinate & sweat out sufficient water in proportion to your intake capacity.
- Seasonal fruits are important source of vitamins,eat them
regularly unless you are allergic to any of them.Avoid having mixed fruits salads with milk or yoghurt.
- If you donot find time to exercise now,you may be forced
to give time for bed rest later.
- Well Balanced diet is a must to avoid Mal-Nutrition.Even obese people are mal-nourished due
to lack of vitamins & minerals in adequate quantity.
- Avoid Smoking & DONOT intake tobacco or any other intoxicating items as these surely harm
your mental & physical health.
